I observed what seemed to be a recent avalanche in Question Mark Bowl (southeast of Buckeye Peak, just north of Leadville). The slide occurred in near tree line terrain on an east aspect in a well defined avalanche path. It looked to have released naturally from a wind loaded spot just below the ridgeline. R2D2.
